What to Expect on Sundays

Whether you’re new to church, have been a Christian for many years, or are looking for a fresh start, you’re welcome here. Our hope is to give you a place where you experience a fresh, enjoyable connection to God and a community of faith in Jesus.

Each weekend at Comeback City Church you’ll find a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Through powerful teaching, worship, and creativity, we share the hope that is found in Jesus each and every weekend in practical and fresh ways.

For children, we offer engaging, age-appropriate Bible teaching for infants through 4th grade.

Your First Visit

We can’t wait to meet you! If you are visiting for the first time, we will not embarrass you by having you stand up, or ask you to give money. We know that many people want to check out the church and “be anonymous,” and that’s fine with us! So come in, enjoy the refreshing atmosphere, and see if this is the church for you. Below you will find more information about what you can expect on your first visit.

—WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Our attendees come in everything from jeans and sneakers to dresses and slacks – so come in whatever you’re comfortable wearing! We’re excited for you to join us, and we’re confident that you’ll fit in no matter how you dress.

—WHAT TO EXPECT DURING WORSHIP

Comeback City Church services start with Biblical Worship music featuring a band with guitars, drums, and keyboards. Our gifted musicians and singers will provide a spiritually moving musical foundation for everyone to join in. It’s all for one purpose—not to experience a band, but to experience God.

—WILL I HAVE TO IDENTIFY MYSELF OR BE CALLED OUT?

We want you to feel welcome at Comeback City! You’ll never be singled out, asked to identify yourself or anything else that might make you feel uncomfortable.

—DO I NEED TO PRE-REGISTER MY CHILD?

Pre-registering your child makes your first visit simpler. You can do so by clicking here. Should you forget, no worries, our amazing team will help you when you arrive. Our facilities and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use, and our age-specific-toys, and curriculum will make your child’s experience both fun and exciting.

What to Expect on

“First Thursdays”

On the first Thursday of each month our church gathers for a special night of communion, worship, and Bible teaching. This environment is different from Sundays and is created to help believers connect to God through extended worship, prayer and communion. We invite you to mark your calendars and make plans to join on the 1st Thursday of each month.
