Sunday:
Comeback Couples
Leaders: Sam & Carrie Schulman
Group Description:
This group is for couples who are dating or married. Join us as we walk through a Biblically-based video curriculum that is designed to empower couples to love each other the way God intended. Each session includes a 20 minute video full of applicable truth, couple’s stories, and a few laughs along the way. The video sessions are expertly paired with discussion prompts and a fun couples challenge – so you can go from ‘watching and learning’ to ‘understanding and doing.’
About the Leaders: Sam and Carrie serve in various areas of our church and have faithfully led couples small groups in the past.

TuesDAY:
Evenings with
C. S. Lewis
Leader: Anita Stinson
Group Description:
Each Tuesday evening, we will read and discuss excerpts from the works of C. S. Lewis and personalize his teachings. C.S. Lewis was a Christian literary scholar who lived from 1898 – 1963. Lewis wrote more than 30 books which have been translated into more than 30 languages and have sold millions of copies. He is best known as the author of The Chronicles of Narnia, but he is also noted for his other works of fiction, such as The Screwtape Letters, and for his non-fiction Christian apologetics, including Mere Christianity, Miracles, and The Problem of Pain.
About the Leader: Anita was a part of the original Small Group, held in Pastor Jake and Kassi’s home, which helped launch Comeback City Church in 2019. Anita serves faithfully on the Production Team, Grow Plan Team, and has faithfully led Women’s Small Groups in the past.

The Grow Plan
Leader: Pastor Jake Baird
From the beginning, Comeback City Church has focused on reaching people with the Gospel and helping them become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. The Grow Plan is our four-part class that helps you understand why the Church exists, what it means to be a Christian and the role God wants you to play in building His church.
The Grow Plan will be held weekly, in 4-week segments [“Rounds’], starting in February. Simply sign up for one of our 4-week rounds to participate.

Group Description:This group is for musicians who would like to learn how to develop their skills and become a part of the team who leads us into worship each week! For more details contact our leaders.
About the Leaders: Kayla and her husband Kurt have been a part of Comeback since the church began in Pastor Jake and Kassi’s home in 2019. She serves as our Worship Leader. Jon is a talented musician who faithfully serves on the Worship Team as Music Director.

Production Team

Group Description: This group is available for those who are interested in joining the Production Team which helps produce our Sunday services. This team overseers the lights, sound and video elements we use to present the Gospel on Sundays.
About the Leaders: Hannah has been a part of our team since 2019, and helped us launch Comeback City Church. She oversees the video and lighting elements of our service. Agata and her family have been attending Comeback since we launched in 2019. Along with her husband and two daughters, her family serves in various areas of our church. Agata oversees the the team which controls the sound in our services.

Women’s Night
Leader: Kassi Baird
Group Description: This group is open to all ladies who would like to grow in their faith and in relationship together. Each meeting we will gather around a fun activity which may include a movie night, dinner at a local restaurant, or a game night at the church! This group is designed to be an easy and safe environment to get to know each other better.
About the Leader: Kassi has been married to Pastor Jake since 2014. They have three sons together and Kassi helps lead many areas of the church.

Let’s Learn from
LouiE Giglio!
Leaders: Tom & Gina
Group Description: We are going to watch two separate Louie Giglio series, starting out with a 4-pt "Heart of Passion", which includes "How Great is Our God", "Indescribable", "Hope" (when life hurts most), and "Fruitcake & Ice Cream" (friendship & grace). And speaking of food, we will enjoy a great dessert together each week, too! The second a 6-pt "The Comeback - It's Not Too Late & You're Never Too Far". Please join us for fellowship and friendship as we sit underneath Louie's captivating videos, with Q&A after each message.
About the Leaders: Tom & Gina faithfully serve on the Prayer Team and Administrative Team at Comeback City, and they have been married for over 30 years.
